His dissertation, entitled “Sympathetic Communicative Action: A Preliminary Theory and Model of Human Collaboration” is a transdisciplinary framework for ways of knowing, being and valuing. Kirk’s current interest is in de-conflating the axiological capacity to value from ontological ways of being and relating. This is in the hopes that group consultation can go beyond collaborative process events toward sustaining, caring communities. | |||

Personal Life
Kirk currently resides on unceded First Nation territory now known as Quebec, Canada. He has academic degrees in Electrical Engineering, Management and Collaboration Science that he applies toward the integration of the technical, cognitive, cultural and social dimensions of complex problems.
Academia and Career
